Refund & Return Policy — Aeterna Nutrition
All sales at Aeterna Nutrition are final. We do not offer refunds or returns under standard circumstances.
Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aeternanutrition.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photo evidence of the item and packaging
Qualifying issues include:
- Visibly damaged or broken packaging
- Broken seal or leakage
- Product not in working/usable condition
- Missing parts or accessories
- Wrong product, size, or flavour received
- Expired product upon delivery
Where eligible, we will arrange a replacement or exchange based on product availability. No cash refunds will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of health and supplement products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
