Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@aeternanutrition.com with photo proof and we will arrange a replacement promptly.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once a replacement or refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it has been issued.
Are there items that can’t be returned?
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used supplements. Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for replacement — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
